Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and mama4d ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). Access to and use of the mama4d platform is conditioned on your full acceptance of and compliance with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this platform.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any bet on mama4d. This requirement is strictly enforced in accordance with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market. mama4d reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the User cannot conclusively demonstrate they are 21 years of age or older.
The mama4d platform is accessible to adults in Indonesia and other jurisdictions where accessing offshore online betting platforms is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. By registering, you confirm that you have determined — independently and at your own risk — that your use of the Platform is lawful in your place of residence. mama4d does not accept registrations from users in jurisdictions where the Platform is explicitly blocked by court order or government decree.
By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, are not acting on behalf of any third party, and are not a professional sportsperson, referee, team official, or gaming-industry employee in a role that would create a conflict of interest with betting activities.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on mama4d. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
To create an Account on mama4d, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile phone number. You must keep this information up to date at all times. mama4d is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from outdated account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any third party. mama4d will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorized by you — is your sole responsibility. Notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
Before processing your first withdrawal, mama4d requires identity verification in accordance with our KYC policy. You must submit: (a) a clear copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP Nasional) or valid passport; (b) proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence); and (c) a selfie photograph holding your identity document. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of your first deposit may result in Account suspension. mama4d processes KYC submissions within 1–24 hours on business days.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Pending bets will be settled before any remaining balance is refunded. If you have an active self-exclusion, Account closure requests will be handled in accordance with the responsible gaming procedure outlined in Clause 12.
mama4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods:
All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). mama4d does not currently accept cryptocurrency or international credit card payments.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25,000 for e-wallets and Rp 50,000 for bank transfers. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and Account verification tier. Verified Accounts may apply for higher limits by contacting customer support.
Deposits made via BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri during Indonesian banking hours (09:00–16:00 WIB, Monday to Friday) are typically credited to your Account within 5 minutes. Deposits made outside banking hours or via inter-bank transfers are credited on the next business day. mama4d does not charge any deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 hours, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any pending security review. mama4d does not charge withdrawal fees. Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts registered in your name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. mama4d reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal deemed unusual in size or frequency.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to Wagering Requirements as specified in Clause 5 and in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been fully met. Deposited funds (non-bonus balance) may be withdrawn at any time, subject to standard processing timelines and KYC requirements.
All bonuses and promotions offered by mama4d are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. In all cases, the following general conditions apply:
Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, the following default wagering requirements apply: Welcome Bonus — 30x bonus amount; Reload Bonuses — 20x bonus amount; Cashback — 5x cashback amount. Wagering contributions vary by product: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10–20%, sports betting contributes 50–100% depending on minimum odds (bets must have minimum odds of 1.50 to count toward wagering). Wagers placed with Real Money balance are always counted first; bonus balance is staked only after the real money balance is depleted.
All bonuses have an expiry period that begins from the moment the bonus is credited to your Account. Specific validity periods are stated in each promotion. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically without further notice.
mama4d reserves the right to accept or decline any bet at our sole discretion, including where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the bet is placed in bad faith, exploits a pricing error, or involves insider knowledge. All bets are subject to the applicable maximum payout limits displayed in the platform at the time of placement.
A bet may be declared void and the stake refunded in full where: (a) the event is cancelled or abandoned before the applicable result condition is met; (b) a manifest pricing error is identified; (c) the bet was placed after the event result was already known (late acceptance); or (d) any other circumstance listed in the specific sport or game rules published on the Platform.
Bets on togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery) markets are subject to the official draw results published by the respective issuing pools (e.g., Singapore Pools for Togel SGP, Hong Kong Jockey Club for Togel HK). In the event of a delay or cancellation of an official draw, open togel bets will be held pending the rescheduled draw. mama4d reproduces official results as published and accepts no liability for errors in third-party source data.
Asian handicap markets (known in Indonesia as voor bola) follow standard international Asian handicap settlement rules. Where a match is abandoned before the minimum qualifying time (typically 90 minutes for football), all open handicap bets will be voided. Half-win and half-loss outcomes are settled at 50% of the potential return on the respective side.
Live betting markets are offered as a convenience feature. Odds during live events are generated algorithmically and are subject to rapid change. mama4d is not liable for bets placed at incorrect odds arising from feed delays, network latency, or data provider errors, and reserves the right to void such bets. We recommend using a stable internet connection when placing in-play bets.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mama4d platform. Breach of any item in this clause constitutes a material violation of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant legal authorities:
mama4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: suspected fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe, or where continued operation of the Account poses a legal or reputational risk to the Platform.
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, funds held in the Account will be frozen for the duration of the investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the Account will be reinstated and funds released. Where a material breach is confirmed, mama4d reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the Account balance in proportion to the losses caused by the breach.
Users who believe their Account has been suspended in error may submit a written appeal to our support team at [email protected]. Appeals must include full name, registered email address, Account ID, and a clear explanation of why the suspension is believed to be incorrect. Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days.
All content on the mama4d platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of mama4d or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without explicit written consent from mama4d.
mama4d strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party outages, and force majeure events (including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures) may cause temporary service interruptions. mama4d is not liable for losses arising from service unavailability outside its reasonable control.
Betting involves risk. mama4d is not liable for any financial losses incurred through betting activity on the Platform. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you may lose all funds deposited and that mama4d bears no responsibility for such losses beyond the return of any erroneously settled bet in accordance with Clause 6.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mama4d's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless mama4d, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
mama4d collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein. We apply industry-standard SSL encryption to all data transmissions and never sell your personal information to third parties. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mama4d holds its international gaming license. To the extent that Indonesian consumer protection law mandates the application of local law for Indonesian residents, those mandatory provisions are not excluded by this clause.
In the event of any dispute between you and mama4d arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notification, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body, as determined by mama4d's licensing authority. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against mama4d.
These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any conflict between this English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
